Distributed by Novaflex, Todo-Gas couplings with tapered valve seating are designed for the safe transfer of LPG in liquid and vapor phases. They are available in stainless-steel 316L and brass, with threaded or flanged connections in 1-inch, 2-inch and 3-inch diameters. Valves in both halves close automatically before disconnection, eliminating any product loss. Flow rates range from 200L/min (52USGal/min) for the 1 inch, up to 2500L/min (658USGal/min) for the 3 inch. Component design and materials used in the construction of Todo LPG couplings are specified to recognize the properties of LPG and terminal handling characteristics. Other notable features include a self-interlocking valve system, which eliminates the possibility of incorrect connections or disconnections; simple operation, with single rotation to engage valve halves and allow flow; no levers, buttons or locks; and one-step operation. An integral swivel facilitates coupling orientation while allowing hose to relax in natural position, eliminating torque stress.  Ultra low release on disconnection not only improves safety, but also satisfies the most stringent of environmental standards.
